1)Terms & Conditions


By confirmation on the E-order, you have acknowledged that you understand and accept the following terms and conditions in accordance with the online shopping system of The Scout Shop of Hong Kong (hereinafter referred to as “The Shop”).
1. The minimum transaction amount per order is HK$250 (excluding delivery charge).

2. Local customer can settle the bill either by “online“ payment through Asia Pay, or alternatively, by Bank transfer. However, customer is responsible for all administration and handling charges (if any) in the latter case. For overseas customer, please settle by “online” payment
3. For overseas order (outside Hong Kong), as goods will be imported into the customer’s designated country, tariff, tax or other surcharges (if any) imposed, have to be borne by the customer. It is advisable for customer to check with authorities concerned in advance.
4. The online shopping system only handles orders with net weight of 20 kilograms or below. For order with net weight over 20 kilograms, please send us an email to enquire about the shipping charge before confirming the order. “The Shop” will inform you the shipping charge and payment procedure by email.
If you have confirmed order exceeding 20kg and made payment via the online shopping system without previous enquiry on delivery cost, “The Shop” will request you to pay the difference and inform you about the payment procedure by email. Please be reminded that the order will be valid once all payments (include shipping charge) are being settled. If you do not agree with the additional charge, please send us an email ( requesting for refund.
5. The order is irrevocable once it is confirmed
6. For  merchandises denoted with “No Stock”, please send us an email ( to enquire about the possibility of replenishment.
7. Due to time-lag between the ordering and processing procedures, “The Shop” cannot guarantee the stock level shown in the online shopping system is most updated. However, we shall try our best to deliver all items which customer has ordered. To avoid the complications brought about from stock out situation, it is advisable for you to enquire about stock availability first before you proceed to on line payment.

8. Goods will be dispatched within 7 working days upon payment settlement from customer. Delivery will be made to single destination per order only; however, P.O. Box address is not acceptable. Also, delivery time depends on locations, means of delivery, public holidays (e.g. Chinese New Year, Easter, Christmas, etc.), custom clearance procedures and weather of the designated country, “The Shop” will not be responsible for delay caused by such uncontrollable factors. Customer will be notified by email once the parcel is dispatched. Also, customer can check the delivery status in “Shipping & Return” clause.

9.  Should there be any discrepancy or damaged goods upon receipt of your ordered goods, please notify us by email ( within 2 working days. You can return the damaged goods with official invoice to us in person within 14 days upon the receipt of the goods. No door to door goods exchange service is available. However if you would like to arrange the exchange through post or courier service, you can arrange the goods return at your own cost, while “The Shop” (seller) will arrange the replacement goods delivery to you at our account. All goods can be exchanged once only. All goods should be returned in its original condition with hang tag (if any) and can only be exchanged if it has not been used. Goods sold under discounted price or promoted price cannot be returned or exchanged. In case of any dispute, the decision of “The Shop” will be final. Please refer to “Shipping & Return” clause for details.
10. For self pick-up arrangement, notification will be sent through email about the detail arrangement. If you fail to collect your goods within 3 months after settling your payment, “The Shop” will assume the right to dispose the goods without any notice or compensation to you. Please refer to “Shipping and Return” clause for details.
11. To protect your own interests, please keep your online shopping ID & password confidential. Please refer to our "Announcement" clause for details. 

12. By confirmation on the E-order, you have acknowledged that you understand and accept all above terms and conditions in accordance with the online shopping system of “The Shop”. And you will assume all cost, surcharge, tax, penalties, and responsibilities brought about by local rules, regulations, law. If the goods are returned by local authorities to us under such circumstance, refund will be arranged to you after deducting all relevant cost incurred.

13. “The Shop” reserves the right to amend any terms or/ and conditions in due course without previous notification.
